The oil immersion type submersible pump is a portable shallow water drainage and irrigation equipment combining pumps and machines. Its feature is that the motor is filled with mechanical oil, which improves the working conditions of the mechanical seal, and the external water is less likely to enter the motor. The oil quickly conducts the heat coming from the motor and has a good cooling effect, which greatly reduces the temperature rise of the motor, thus increasing the overload capacity of the submersible electric pump. In addition, the bearings of oil-immersed submersible electric pumps are immersed in oil, and the lubrication and cooling are guaranteed, so the bearing life is longer than other types of submersible electric pumps.

This QY Electric Pump consists of three parts: water pump, seal and motor. The water pump is located on the upper part of the electric pump, which is a centrifugal or axial flow structure, and the motor is located on the lower part of the electric pump, which is an oil-filled three-phase asynchronous motor. The oil chamber adopts a double-end mechanical seal, and the exterior adopts a single-end mechanical seal, and the "O" type oil-resistant rubber sealing ring is used as a static seal at each fixed seam seal. The inside of the barrel is filled with oil, which has the characteristics of low temperature rise and long service life.
